Diksha Mahajan

My formal education in IT and Business Administration, and professional exposure to sales and project management have helped me hone precursory skills such as analytical thinking, and adaptability (the ability to adjust or shift makes me nimble which is important as most industries today are in some state of flux). Leading diverse teams and handling key projects in multi-dimensional geographies across 48 cities in India helped me become a holistic manager.

I am passionate about driving business growth through data-driven decisions. I like to be able to see a direct relationship between my efforts and the company's success. I am a problem solver and like to do so by conducting deep research into facts and figures. I am intrigued by the novel approaches in marketing and advertising taken by companies and I want to remodel the archaic ways of selling to consumers.
